Terms and Conditions

1. **Final Decision**: Wahl reserves the right to have final discretion in determining the winning artistic expression. The decision of the judges is final and binding.

2. **Image Release**: Participants must provide a signed release form for both the motto and their artwork.

3. **Prize Conditions**: There is no cash prize. If the winner is unable to attend the event for any reason, including personal reasons, the prize will be awarded to the runner-up. The winner must have a valid passport to travel to the USA to claim the prize.

4. **Travel Requirements**: The winner must possess a valid passport for travel to the USA. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the prize being awarded to the runner-up.
