Terms and Conditions

  • I am 18 years or older.
  •  I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on the behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company.
  •  I understand that my appointment as a Wahl USA Ambassador is for a maximum period of 12 months. Should I wish to continue being an Ambassador for Wahl USA, I am required to reapply for the program.
  • I will promote and market Wahl USA products to customers.
  • Receive new products/items and write about products on social networks (photos, videos, posts, etc...)
  • Share brand message on social networks
  • Receive new products and write about them for promotions we create or to be used as product images.
  • Share content using our brand hashtags: #wahlambassador #wahlanimal
  • I understand that Wahl USA will not tolerate discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to age, sex, race, color, creed, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, disability, or marital status, or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal or state law.
  • Wahl USA will own the rights to use both locally and globally, any images, videos, or comments I post while I am a member of the Ambassador Team.
  • I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards for use of images, videos, or comments I post.
  • I will not sell company product on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments.
  • I will protect the company's trademark by not reproducing the company's name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.
  • I will promote Wahl USA products on social media accounts by posting appropriate photos of marketing events. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of "appropriate" photos is needed.
  • I will post as often a minimum of twice a month on my social media feeds (does not include 24hr posts i.e. Instagram Stories, Snapchat, etc...) and tag #wahlanimal #wahlambassador and the monthly binding hashtag (i.e. #AmbassadorBravura) in each post. I understand that I have permission to repost an existing post from Wahl Animal USA.
  • I will follow the FTC guidelines and distinguish that your products and promotions have been provided to you using #sponsored or #ad to begin each post.
  • I will not use competitive products in any posts containing Wahl tools that are meant for this agreement.
  • I am bound by confidentiality relating to any new product, impending product launch, or product testing unless specifically given authority. Posting anything about a new product before Wahl USA does will result in instant dismissal from the program and complete disavowment from Wahl globally.
  • If I choose to leave the Wahl Ambassador Program, I understand that any photos or videos sent to Wahl USA will remain in their database to use globally as the company chooses for 30 days.
  • I must be an active brand ambassador to remain in the program.
  • By joining this program, I will receive an affiliate code with commission tied directly to sales on wahlpro.com
  • Wahl has the option to terminate this contract at any time barring any violations of the terms and conditions.
